For Job Seekers:
In JobGatewaySM, job seekers have access to thousands of job openings. They are able to upload an existing resume or use the system to create one. Job seekers can also subscribe to e-mail alerts for job openings and choose to allow employers to search for them based on the information they provide. more One of the newest features is the integration of a tool called Big Interview, which provides vital knowledge about the types of questions interviewers ask and how to answer and handle those questions so that they can “nail” an interview. Job seekers can even practice with mock virtual interviews across a variety of disciplines and levels of difficulty. less

Employers registered in JobGatewaySM can search for candidates, create job postings, and get recommendations for candidates matching their criteria. more Registered employers can also create a customized questionnaire for candidates, effectively serving as a “first interview.” They can save their candidate searches and receive the results of those searches via e-mail alerts.
