PA Photos & Documents (formerly “Access PA Digital Repository”) is a statewide digitization service that utilizes CONTENTdm software product licensed through OCLC.
The service enables the storage and retrieval of digitized collections created by libraries and other organizations throughout Pennsylvania. The primary focus is historic, cultural, and other collections of interest to the citizens of Pennsylvania.
In cooperation with other Pennsylvania agencies, Commonwealth Libraries is working toward universal access to digitized Pennsylvania collections. Participation is open to Pennsylvania libraries that contribute to the Statewide Catalog (also known as the Access PA database).
