Libraries commit for a period of five (5) years beyond the first year when the libraries’ holdings initially appear. By signing the agreement, a library commits to sharing resources statewide and to updating holdings on a regular basis.

On agreement expiration, a library no longer wishing to participate must notify project support. Rejoining incurs additional fees.
